This policy explains how we deliver your order and what to expect from our delivery service.
DELIVERY AREA
We deliver nationwide within the UK mainland (England, Scotland, and Wales).
Remote Areas: Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote UK locations may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: Currently not available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our standard delivery timeframes are:
Standard Stock Items: 3-5 working days from order confirmation
Custom Cut-to-Order Items: 5-7 working days (includes production time of 2-3 working days)
Express Delivery: Available on request for standard stock items (additional charges apply - contact us for availability)
Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm on working days will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Custom cut-to-order items require production time before dispatch. You will be notified when your order enters production and again when it is dispatched.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
Total order weight
Delivery location (postcode)
Length of items
All delivery charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden costs.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive:
Order Confirmation Email - immediately after placing your order
Dispatch Notification Email - when your order leaves our warehouse, including tracking information
Delivery Updates - via email from the courier (where available)
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
DELIVERY METHODS
We use reputable UK courier services including Dx, DPD, Parcelforce, etc.].
Your Responsibility: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While our courier partners aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
Courier service disruptions
Severe weather conditions
Industrial action
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will notify you as soon as possible if your delivery will be delayed. In cases of significant delay (more than 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date), you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
RISK AND TITLE
Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. This means we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to your specified address.
Title: Ownership of the goods passes to you once we receive full payment and the goods are delivered.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged:
Do not refuse the delivery - accept it and note the damage with the driver if possible
Take photos of the damaged packaging and items

Check all packaging carefully (small items can be hidden in protective wrapping)

DELIVERY TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES
If delivering to a business address, please provide:
Company name
Specific delivery instructions (e.g., goods-in entrance, contact name)
Contact telephone number
Deliveries to business addresses are typically made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If an item cannot be delivered due to size restrictions at your address (e.g., long lengths of channel that won't fit through doorways), you are responsible for arranging appropriate access or collection. We recommend measuring access points before ordering custom lengths.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your 14-day cooling-off period begins when you receive the goods, not when you place the order. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by incorrect delivery information you provide
Delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Consequential losses resulting from delivery delays
For business customers: Our liability for any delivery-related issues is limited to the value of the goods ordered.
Important: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
